What a Dream...

Today I was sitting in the foyer at church with my naughty children and my friend came out with her three children as well and my friend asked, "are the kids being crazy?" I said, "yeah, Kambri's been a real nightmare today". Kambri rolls her eyes and says, "Mom, I'm a DREAM!"

Finally a Cohen Story

This morning Brian and I were sitting in our living room downstairs talking and as we were talking I kept hearing a weird sipping noise. I knew Cohen was in the kitchen so curious of what he was doing I walked into the kitchen to see him with the cup that scoops out the dog food in his hands, he was dipping it in the dog water and then trying to sip out what ever water he was able to get.

These Boots Are Made for Walkin'

Today was my sweet girl's fourth birthday. For her birthday I got her some hot pink cowboy boots. She was really excited to put them on. She put them on and began to sing, "these boots are made for walking and that's just what they'll do and one of these days these boots are gonna walk all over you". Silly girl.

Good Answer, You Get A Gold Trophy

Kambri is doing a new thing where she'll ask you a question and if you answer it the way she likes she will pretend to set something in front of you or pretends to hand you something and says, "yep, that's right and because you got the right answer, you get a GOLD TROPHY!!!"

Silly Shirt

Cohen has a shirt that has the body of a dinosaur on it and the neck of the dinosaur goes up to the neck of the child wearing it...I'm not sure if that makes sense but that's beside the point... Kambri the other day walks up to Cohen, giggles and says "Cohen, you and that freakin' silly shirt,".

Princesses of the Week

Nathan has been trying to teach Kambri her days of the week. It never seems to stick so he gave each day of the week a princess name and guess what....it worked!!! It goes like this, Snow White, Jasmine, Ariel, Odette, Belle, Giselle and Cinderella. Ask her what day of the week it is and she knows its Cinderella.

Are You Speaking Spanish?

Kambri and Cohen came to visit me at my office this past week. Kambri was playing with a magnidoodle that we have there for children. She refused to share with Cohen, so finally I let Kambri lay on the traction table and she said, "Cohen I guess you can use my magnidoodle now that I'm doing this". I said, "wow Kambri how generous of you!". She looked up at me and said, "generous? are you speaking spanish to me Mom?".
